    This is where everyone starts. Our combatives is practical self-defense built for real situations, not sport and not belts. Rather than organizing training around martial arts styles, our curriculum is built around the recurring problems found in civilian violence. We pull tools from modern Krav Maga, dirty boxing, clinch fighting, and groundwork, all pointing toward solving the situations that actually happen. While modern Krav Maga has military roots, this is designed for everyday adults. Most people walk in with zero experience and learn at their own pace.

    Every level trains together. You learn real problems like clinch entries and defending threats, with live resistance from day one. Beginners are normal here.

    Open Mat

    Unlocks after you clear 10 all-ranks classes. Roll in unstructured rounds and test what works under pressure. Earned, not handed to you.

    How This Program Helps You

    We cycle through four areas, clinch fighting, close-range striking, grappling, and weapons defense, but we aim to solve eight recurring problems in self-defense. Full exposure to real situations, one rep at a time.

    Ages 15+ · Requires 10 All-Ranks classes first

    Once you've got a foundation, this is how you sharpen it. Membership includes dedicated submission grappling and controlled live sparring to keep your most important skills strong and your conditioning honest. Grappling and close-range striking are the core of any self-defense that works. Training against resistance is like honing steel. Without it, you lose your edge.

    Two classes a week covering stand-up control, pinning, and guard work. A constraint-led approach with steady resistance, built to grow real skill in real conditions.

    Sparring

    Two classes a week building real close-range striking through blocking, timing, and countering. Controlled, live resistance under expert coaching, where sparring builds confidence instead of beating it out of you.
